Eric was creative in the way he marketed it in order to sell quick with the best return possible. My situation was a bit different as I transferred to Portland, started my search for a home but was unhappy with not only the market but my realtor. It was huge to work with someone who was available when I needed him. Eric is so helpful and responsive and never made me feel like a pest with all my questions and requests. With housing so "hot," Eric's market knowledge, ability to show me properties on short notice, and strategic advice were crucial to me successfully landing the house I wanted. It was easy to work with Eric. We did all the paperwork online and it was super simple to sign off on things.
