Demo was extremely patient with us during our home search process. We probably sent him 100 listings and he looked into each and everyone of them and provided an unique evaluation of each home. He looked at things we wouldn’t have considered but were very important in helping decide on which Home would be the best investment for our property. Like the surrounding areas, upcoming construction, as well as structural things within the home it self. When it came to showing us houses, he walked through the house and made notes on each one that we would need to pay attention to and things that may cost us in the future. Demo was professional, knowledgeable and responsive from the first day I interviewed him as my prospective real estate agent (as a seller), to the final moments of closing this week. Within 24 hours of our house being on the market and show, we had multiple offers. When they came in, he was able to explain clearly what the pros and cons were for each one, and helped us navigate through the negotiation period. He was never flustered, staying methodical, logical and cool-headed. Our situation was especially hard because my family had to precipitously relocate for medical emergency reasons last year, and when deciding it made sense to sell, we had to make that happen from a distance. We could only make periodic visits back to the area, requiring frequent, clear communication with Demo. He went above and beyond helping with logistics that we would normally have taken care of ourselves. I would definitely, highly recommend Demo.
