The apt and manager is so nice. One of the receptionist elderly women is always so rude. I felt very uncomfortable when I talked to her. She is kind of a person who doesn’t want to work at all.

Good management - they will try to solve your issue ASAP. The office moved to 475 Memorial Avenue several years ago. Some apartments include hydro as well.
