Always quick to respond and patient with us in showing us numerous properties and answering all of our questions. Caitlin was able to get us in our new home and avoid an upcoming open house by getting our offer accepted. We were able to close in 30 days. She was also able to sell my fiancé's old condo with multiple offers over the course of a weekend. We were able to get top dollar and avoid picky repairs from a first time home buyer with her guidance. Would recommend Caitlin to anyone looking to buy or sell!
