If I could give Melanie and her team 10 stars I would. While I haven't actually bought a home through Royal LePage Miramichi River Realty, I’ve met with Melanie, Donna and the team on several occasions and I was always surprised at how much time they gave me whenever I dropped by. I always have questions about buying and had asked for some advice about relocating to Miramichi. I also very much appreciate the no-pressure approach that they take. Most agents I've encountered don't want to give you the time of day if they know you're not ready to buy a house NOW. Melanie is patient and incredibly knowledgeable regarding the various homes and buildings in the area, and in providing huge value in helping me navigate the various decision points to find the perfect place. She knows everything there is to know about each and every building and isn’t afraid to tell you which would be a good, or bad investment. I wouldn't buy or sell anything in Miramichi without them and when the time is right, I can assure you that this Royal LePage brokerage will get my business.
