This woman from the realty group thinks it’s funny that she can park and have everyone park in the fire lane and just last night the fire trucks were here asked her to move she didn’t move it for 15 to 20 minutes when she was leaving. This is not professional she acted immature this is not a woman I would buy from do not trust this lady .

I have sold and bought a few properties in my lifetime, private and business. Therefore, I have met and dealt with lots of real estate agents and brokers. Good, medium and bad. I had never before experienced anything like Mrs. Brooke Godsoe of Bryant Realty Atlantic, Halifax, NS. Buying a house from out of province (Ontario) is not easy, and needs commitment on both ends, agent and buyer. We went to Halifax for 2 days and Brooke arranged for 14 properties for us to look at, all in our price range and at the locations we wanted. Everything else was done by phone, e-mail and text messages. Mrs. Godsoe was available for us at all times and responded within minutes and answered our countless questions. She arranged the house inspector, recommended lawyers and all other needed services we required, since we were clueless of whom to choose. Having someone this committed on your side, doing business for you, 1,900 KM away is a great thing. Brooke definitely went the extra mile, and I would deal with no one else ever, in the Halifax area. She is more than dedicated. She truly loves her profession and one can feel that. She is warm, trustworthy, knowledgeable and passionate. Someone that really has your best interest in mind. Before I settled down, I moved 27 times and lived on three continents. Cait Banks was the agent who found me and my kids not just a place, she found us a home, and buying blindly, long distance and out of province! At every step of the process, Cait went above and beyond professional standards. The process is nerve wracking, long and confusing: she made it straightforward, broke it into manageable pieces of intel and provided clarity on the key points without getting mired in the details yet always ready to explain them, if asked. For all paperwork and negotiations notwithstanding, the search for a place is about trust between people. She is a consummate professional, loyal to your interests to the marrow of her bones. But what touched me most is her humanity: in the cut throat business of real estate, it is easy to be disillusioned with the cynical and the greedy. And Cait exudes decency. She handles transactions deftly, without compromising on empathy, pausing enough to hear out our needs. As if that would not be enough, she also allows for some wicked sense of humor on a rare occasion. Just enough to keep it real. And so amidst COVID-19 pandemic we found a home. We will always be grateful, Cait.
