Our mortgage broker recommended that we work with Isaac and Gabby because they are very good at getting offers approved and we are so glad we listened. We could not be happier with our experience. I know people (using other realtors) that have been looking for a home to buy for six months in this crazy market, but Isaac got us into every house we asked to see pretty much same day, and we ended up finding our dream home on the 4th viewing. We put an offer in and had an approved offer in 24 hours. They were available at all times and quite frequently worked until 8pm for us. They were flexible with viewings and we never felt pressured to buy, and he was honest when he thought a house wasn't right for us. We are also in a very unique situation as Isaac is the realtor that is selling the rental that we currently live in and they have been super professional and accommodating when asking us to book viewings in our rental. When there are hiccups he calls straight away to communicate, explain the situation and apologize when necessary. We couldn't recommend them enough!
