As this was my mom’s first time selling a house for someone like Richard to come along was a miracle. The man went above and beyond what was needed to sell the place . He took the time to explain every detail with mom several times . He got the full price in a very short time . He also kept the process as easy as possible. The guy just was fantastic took our input and used it . As for the commission that to was reasonable. I just cannot say enough good about Richard but if you want your house sold for the right price in the right time frame get Richard.

Richard provided intelligent advice at every step of the process. He understood rapidly what we were looking for and was super effective to organize visits and provide suggestions on proprieties we could be interested in.
