Choosing Darren as my realtor to help buy my first home was one of the best decisions I made as far as taking the next step. Darren is very professional, easy (and fun!) to work with and he really understands the market, especially in Lower Mainland. One of my favorite things I loved about working with Darren is that he made buying a condo a learning experience. He took the time to explain everything to me and my family. When I made my first offer on a condo, he sat down with me and my family and explained every single document I signed so it was clear to us what we were signing. He is very thorough, I never felt rushed (He was my realtor for over a year and throughout that period he kept the same professionalism) and he made sure ALL our questions were answered. I never felt pressured into buying a condo which is something I half expected a realtor to do. In fact, he would recommend against putting in offers and hold out for something better which I did and now I couldn't be happier with my condo! I always felt like he gave me and my family honest advice and that we could trust him. He is someone who I would definitely use again, when the time comes. To summarize, if you are going to venture into the real estate market in the lower mainland, you want Darren Anonson on your side. He is the best, hands down.
