Being from England we were not as well informed as most Canadians on the process of buying property here in Canada, especially as it was our first home. We are extremely unhappy with this realtor as she lied to us and we felt tricked into entering a private sale home. When we reported her to the Real Estate Commission we were told that technically her lying is legally called “misrepresentation”. That doesn’t make it better! Lying is lying, no matter what one chooses to call it! Be very wary around this person!
