I only have good things to say about this building. The management team is exceptional (Both Nathalie & Oren) and the other tenants are very kind and helpful. They take the pandemic very seriously and make sure the Public Health rules are followed. The move-in was a breeze.

I went to visit the place last week and it looks beautiful! However, the agent was not professional. For starters, there are no appointments, you call the agent, tell them you are here and you wait. I had to wait over 30 mins. I could’ve left if I wanted to but I stayed because I loved the place and I really wanted to visit the unit. 2nd, when we were going to visit the model, the agent walks inside the unit with my cousins and just closed the door. She should’ve told us to wait outside but no, the door gets slammed. 3rd, she was speaking way too fast and seemed to be in a hurry. All I want to say is, just treat everybody equally! I’m giving 2 stars because it is a beautiful place, but beware of the service you will be given. I will definitely look somewhere else.

The worst building, brand and management in cote st luc. Do not waste your money and do not let looks deceive you. This building has no management, Isabelle Fregeau is the "manager" of this building and is anti semetic. The owners of the building do not care about the conflicts that are on going and all issues are ignored when brought to the attention. The rudeness and disgraceful acts/comments of the front desk on behalf of Isabelle is absolutely disgusting. No respect whatsoever in a building that is apparently "luxurious" you get nothing but garbage including how cheaply the apartments are. No Service. No quality. No respect. Save yourself the time, the headache and the stress. This project and building is not for tenants, its a money grab and offers nothing positive besides location. Tenants move out every 2 weeks because the lack of service in this building. The pool was closed for 6 months due to major defects and is the size of a bath tub the gym can barely fit 2 people without being crowded or feeling suffocated. The "luxurious lounge" area is filled with elderly people playing bridge who do not even live here. The management discriminates and provides nothing beneficial to the tenants. If youre looking to live in a building full of complaints, false advertising, miserable management and feel neglected. Welcome yourself to the Equinoxe, that is pretty much all it offers. Take your money elsewhere. Do not sign a lease here. Trust me. Talking on behalf 100 tenants, who have been in the rental board fighting cases against the equinoxe and on behalf of the tenants who suffered dramatically living here. Seriously save yourself the headache. The lobby is all they have to offer. Goodluck.

It's been a week since my moving in and it already feels like home! From the day I was shown the apartment by the amazing leasing agent, Nathalie Patiente, to the day of moving in and up to this day, I have been impressed by professionalism, courteousness and punctuality of the staff through all their services. Equinox Marc Chagall does live up to their promise of a posh rental life. So far so wonderful!

Went to a tenant /management meeting with a friend that lives there and was shocked to see the many complaints they had. Constantly changing staff because of uncaring bosses , elevator breakdowns , power outages, loud vents, dirty windows, slow repairs,tiny fitness room often too hot,numerous barking dogs,shortage of lockers and bike racks, noisy trucks at all hours the list was endless. I won't be renting there that's sure. Glad I saw this before signing.

Where do I start? From electrical issues, to defective appliances, living in this building is like winning the lottery of unfortunate circumstances. Don’t get me started on the annoyingly loud neighbours who bang on the walls all day and grind their furniture across the floor every 5 minutes. The website says concrete walls. Yeah, that’s a joke. The staff is always unavailable, the automatic rent payments never go through. People will shout and slam their doors out in the hallway in the middle of the night. If this is supposed to be a luxury condo, I think someone forgot to add the luxury part. Living here is not worth the price. If I could pay to end my lease right now, I would. The only good thing about living here is that everyone owns a dog and they are all adorable. 1/10 I should have stayed in the ghetto

After being here 3 years,going trough numerous problems electrical and water shortage,elevators that you wait sometimes 20 minutes,we got to this week to have a shortage of water,they told us is going to be only the hot water,2 hours later we got an email that the water is cut off completely with no advance information,last night they were handing bottles of water,the manager purchased 4 gallon water bottles many older people living here and they had to carry water upstairs,this situation will carry for 3 days. Paying more than $27.000 a year they offer a lousy compensation of $100.00,this an insult and a disgrace. This building is completely out of control,do not let them impress you with a 5 stars lobby,the only AC is in the living room,during the summer the bedrooms can go up too 27 degrees.. If you want to come to a building like this...be my guest!

Nathalie Pariente the Building manager is simply the nicest person ever she answers to all my emails and messages right away and acts right away. Several problems with the plumbing, we lived 2 to 4 days without hot water or simply without water, the pool was not functional for several weeks / months. Several power outages, Elevator blocked several times, I got stuck for about 45 minutes with my 18 month old child. My rent has been overcharged for 3 months and no news from them following my many emails and messages. Another lived concern that I would refrain from. I am very disappointed, I who wanted to live in a nice building and pay a higher price in order to have some peace of mind. Unfortunately this was not the case. Plusieurs problèmes au niveau de la tuyauterie, nous avons vécu 2 à 4 jours sans eau chaude ou simplement sans eau, la piscine n’a pas été fonctionnel plusieurs semaines/mois. Plusieurs panne de courant, Ascenseur plusieurs fois bloqué, cela m’est arrive a être coincé environ 45 min avec mon enfant de 18mois. Mon loyer m’a été perçus en trop depuis 3 mois et aucune nouvelles de leur part suite a mes nombreux courriels et messages. D’autre souci vécu dont je m’abstiendrais. Je suis très déçu, moi qui voulait vivre dans un bel immeuble et payer un prix plus élevé afin d’avoir une certaine tranquillité d’esprit. Malheureusement cela n’a pas été le cas.

My boyfriend and I just moved in and we could not be happier. The building is beautiful, the services are top notch and most importantly, the personnel has been helpful and effective at every step. In particular, Nathalie Pariente is not only kind but extremely professional and helpful. Because of covid, we had our appliances and furnitures delivered on various different days with little notice and Nathalie made sure that everything went smoothly, even when we couldn’t be there to receive the deliveries! Can’t say enough good things - highly recommended for any young couple who aren’t ready to buy just yet, but want a comfortable and high end lifestyle!

Equinoxe is far from perfect but the work and the changes that Isabelle and the new team have done are great it makes the 6% easier to take You are also 100% correct about the Elkabas family.....Son and Father are a nuisance to our home life and their post on google proves that they are merely a bunch of bullies. hopefully their lease is up soon as I cannot imagine Equinoxe allowing them to renew. With this being said the building in itself is beautiful with large areas superb finishing and great amenities. I have no regrets and like living here

My mother just moved in a few weeks ago and we are very happy with the place. Nathalie has been most helpful and patient with us as my mother adjusts to her new surroundings. The maintenance staff have fixed minor problems quickly. The building is welcoming, clean and well maintained. The views are spectacular! The location of the building is well situated for seniors with many facilities close by. Mum is looking forward to the next chapter in her life in her beautiful new home.

Awesome building, built well with luxurious finishings. Employees are very helpful and made the move in very easy. Would be 4-5 stars if it weren't for the construction noise next door (will update rating in a couple years when they're done). Just make sure you like to wake up at 6:30am during weekdays (they start earlier than the legal 7am allowance for construction)....

Management is very rude to tenants, most of the maintenance team quit. Rent increases of 6% for the next few years. Promised to have bicycle stands only one is now available, the others are coming soon. Power outages were frequent now finally that is better. Tiny gym we were promised state of the art gym. Gym is very hot, they will not turn on the air. Pool is getting colder, it is uncomfortable. What happened to our floor to ceiling windows. Takes forever to get something fixed in the apartment. Decoration of the front is most important so that they can rent out the apartments. They will tell you anything to get the place rented

We moved in last month and so far everything is absolutely fantastic. Right from the first meeting with Nathalie to see an apartment, she has been terrific....efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. And everything that she promised she delivered on. And Oren as well, of course! We love it here. Because we moved in right in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic, we were super pleased and relieved to see how the building complies scrupulously with all the required preventative measures and how all the tenants do so as well. Isabelle Fregeau is the best thing that ever happened to this building. She moves at the speed of light to get things done. Saying she is Anti Semitic is both a lie and using this term falsely to try and tarnish someones reputation is an insult to our religion. Shame on you. Justin, do not speak for me or other tenants. This building has become a wonderful area to live and to be quite honest, the only negative aspect of this building is YOU and your FATHER that you live with. You fight with all the tenants and staff, you are aggressive and you feel the rules do not apply to you and you use the gym for personal financial gain even though it is not allowed. I don't know how many times the police has shown up to the building because of your family, but it is easily over 3 times in the past year. If you do not like it in this building, please do us all a favor and leave immediately. In fact, if the ownership group sees this post, we beg you to please remove both Justin, his father and the excessive rage that comes with them immediately. If I was 35 years younger I would tell you face to face, but you are so dangerously aggressive that I cannot. The building is not necessarily perfect, but they are getting there. The manager there is the worst human being possible. All the employees and maintenance guys quit. She's just horrid, her name is Isabelle Fregeau aka the dictator. The service here is horrendous they make you feel like your not welcome in your own residence. The management doesnt care one bit about the people living here.
