Multiple offers on properties in need of a hell of a lot more than TLC. 15-minute time limits to view a house and decide then and there whether or not to invest your hard-earned money in a total stranger. We recently bought a condo and dealt primarily with Pascal and Christina on the transaction. It was a competitive mutli-bid process and we relied on advice from the team to navigate the situation and ultimately buy the condo. We initially got an appraisal that wasn’t reflective of the market. Our banker suggested we get a second opinion and we relied heavily on some key information that Pascal provided on suitable comparables. In the end, the new appraisal came in right in line with expectations and the info that the Christina Miller Group provided was a key factor. As we now approach the closing date, we have needed a few pieces of additional info for our banker, notary, and insurance company. Again, the process has been smooth and we have received everything we needed. We would highly recommend the Christina Miller Group to anybody buying or selling a property.
