This guy went on an intermittent fasting page on facebook and posted pictures of the inside of someone's house with a picture of the couple with there face crossed out, shaming them because of there food choices. It is very inappropriate for him to be posting pictures and shaming people for there way of living and there food choices when he is supposed to be there inspecting there home especially with a picture of the couple attached to the post and whoever the couple was I am sure has no idea they were just blasted on social media.
