Fraser Gray went above and beyond his call of duty! We called him up to see one of his listings and he was willing to show us 6 other properties being that we were from Mississauga. We booked an evening and he showed us all the ones we selected. We signed nothing with him and he had no reason to takes out . After seeing all the homes With absolutely no pressure at all he made us feel so comfortable and the conversation went so well it felt like we were long time friends. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable gave us valuable information to take home with us and with a hand shake we found the agent for us! We purchased our home with Fraser in November and move April 2 2020. Fraser through this gap kept in contact with us and if it wasn’t for him I would not be in the home I am today. My home in Mississauga did not close on the planned date. Well Fraser stepped up to the plate and helped me. He contacted lawyers contacted the agent representing the buyer On my property he got things done. Fraser was by my side till the end even through many many tears! Had a Great First Time Buying experience! Very responsive with communication and showings. The only thing I think could be improved was that being a first time home buyer, We felt a little in the dark as to the process and steps to come. It's an every day experience for the relator but not the buyers.

In addition, we want to say thank you for your professional approach you showed throughout our dealing. From our first meeting, you listened to our plans and offered your comments. You made a professional presentation of what the Faris Team had to offer. There was no rush or push for us to make any fast decisions. After we had reviewed our options, it was decided that our existing dwelling would be sold within the family, you again offered your assistance in finding a replacement dwelling for us. After travelling between Orillia and Barrie, we found a home that would meet our needs. Again, you took action on a Saturday and worked the Offer to Purchase until midnight, thank you for using part of your weekend, as final dealing did not happen again in early a.m. of Sunday, you were back in action trying to resolve the issues. By lunch time Sunday, you advised us that the offer had been accepted. Thank you for the hard work.
