This place sucks first we gave them $1200 damage deposit...which we lost by a scam supposedly, and we cut the lawn we bought fencing and a gate to dox the fence we had to move out and re apply and they would put our name on top of list

I have been dealing with a realtor named Trish Taroni for the past 3 years. She has worked to find me exactly what I wanted. During this ordeal she was interested at all times, researched every lead or link I may find. She was fair, honest, cordial and always researched & let you know if it was good or bad before you go ahead and decide. At my senior age , TRUST was the most important. She not only made you feel like you were in great hands ... she made sure you were! Thank you Select Real Estate for Trish & should I ever need another realtor, I will look for her. Not professional at all, do not use for your strata. Not responsive and could not do a financial budget properly which cost the strata money as we had to have another meeting due to their errors which they did not even correct the second time around after extensive discussion. Also did not provide all the financial information that were required ie did not show what happened to the stratas equity during the year. Avoid.

Overall a mixed experience, dealing with the property management side is a lottery to be sure depending on who you deal with, it varies from pleasant and easy to rude and disrespectful depending who's behind the desk. inspections can be non-existent they will not use emergency keys to enter your dwelling. and make sure you dot your i's and cross your t's they chose to withhold half my DD post move out inspection with no warning. so make sure you get any and all paperwork they plan to keep. unfortunate you chose to leave a sour taste in my mouth.
