We had THE BEST experience with Nick! He really took the time to get to know our family and help us find the perfect home. He was a great advocate for us when we placed an offer on our home. We really felt like he listened to our needs and would advise us on which houses would be worth our time to look at. While we were in the houses he was able to give us solid backgrounds on the house. He has a solid understanding of neighbourhoods and areas with good school catchments, parks and amenities near by. Nick was always on time and we were never rushed to get into the next house.
