Searching for a Chilliwack Realtor was a big job. Our search began by going on google and looking up a realtor near me which was a terrible idea. This was not only stressful but it made our decision really tough. We overheard Chris was rated best chilliwack realtor 2020 from a Facebook group we belong to called living in chilliwack which apparently Chris runs as well. We just purchased our first home and Chris was the most amazing realtor to work with. The highest of praises wouldn't be enough. After seeing a few homes with us, he got the vibe and type of house that would best fit our needs and wants. He was on top of it - emailing and texting with every potential house the moment it hit the market, even getting showings that same day. Chris does work, all day, every day. His knowledge of all the real estate in Chilliwack is something to marvel when he's just rattling off information to answer all your questions. Off the top of his head, he knew information about school districts, little pockets in neighborhoods you would otherwise never find, and how to write an attractive offer that gets you into the home you want. He was so patient, energetic, and fun to work with. We saw roughly 20 homes over 3 months and eventually found our dream home. Every other realtor we interacted with was nowhere near Chris's caliber. When it came time to put in offers on homes, his knowledge and negotiating skills were on point. He guided and steered us the whole way, laying out timelines, what to expect with closing, scheduling the inspections, recommending the best contractors, plumbers, etc. he was so on top of it - both with speed and the best crews. To whoever is reading this, we don't know where you are on your journey of finding a home/condo/whatever, but it's a crazy market out there as we're sure you know. We feel your pain. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, we were getting outbid on homes we fell in love with, more than 17 offers to compete with on others. It took a long time to finally find the right home.
