One of the worst company's to rent from in the lower mainland. Rent increases without notice, staff doesn't get back to you. Nothing gets fixed when it breaks. DO NOT RENT OR GET THEM TO MANAGE RENTALS!!

Neither Kevin Brown or Ray Cymbaluk can be trusted. They dont follow through on anything they say, and are completely unprofessional. They are unable to manage a strata or enforce strata rules. Both are incompitent and unreliable, save yourself the headache and dont deal with either one of them.

Not professional at all. Very rude. Wasn’t there to show my family the rental at the schedule time and didn’t answer until 10 mins later being very unnecessarily rude. After my partner calmly expressed his unprofessionalism letting him know that this is a waste of time to keep others waiting when they’re scheduled at a set time. His reply was yelled back “GOOD LUCK FINDING A RENTAL WITH HOMELIFE REALTY” Extremely rude, not on time and is trying to say my partner yelled at him when he was the one to raise his voice right before hanging up. I feel as though this is a tactic so that he will not look aggressive.

Have texted the property manager for a rental we were interested in 4 times over a period of 4 weeks still no response. Will not recommend or use this company for anything. So very rude.

I totally agree with all those negative opinions - something is definitely wrong there. You are able to view the property and that's about it and later you have to forget about it. Maybe some authorities like BC Province Real Estate C........ should get closer look what is really going on there because the Manager of this place is totally useless...

I left a message for the broker mid-day on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 regarding an urgent matter pertaining to my listing with HomeLife. Over 48 hours later, I have not received a reply (it is now the evening of Friday, May 27, 2016). Based on the severity of the situation, I find this to be unacceptable and not becoming of a licensed brokerage.
