Below is a text from her as she does not represent her seller's best interest: "See my client has other priorities then and will sign the declination at his own pace. You will get the documentation in due time. You can understand that he's not running to convenience you in any way... " What other priority is there than your seller? NONE! I also witnessed Goran verbally abuse, accuse and threaten over the phone. If you are looking for a professional team with ethics please look elsewhere.

After our house was almost burnt completely out due to an arson, we were left homeless until our house repair and rebuild could be completed... My sister set us up with Casey Harnadek (now part of Team Goran), and within 20 minutes, she had 3 rental properties for us to look at. The same day that we went to look at one of the properties, Casey mentioned that she also has a rental property that is fully furnished that is available. I recently dealt with Goran Todorovic of Team Goran Re/Max for the sale of my home. I met with Goran feeling very unsure about the current market and very nervous about the whole process. He was very straight forward and honest about the value of my home, and what he felt was the best strategy for listing it. Goran came up with a plan so I knew exactly what to expect with respect to showings, he was hoping for a lot of interest! Everything Goran predicted would happen, did happen. There were just under 20 showings in 2 days. I dealt with others on the team to assist in arranging the showings and they were always responsive and professional. Due to COVID, the offer presentation took place over zoom with Goran. I was overwhelmed with the number of offers but Goran guided me through them and in the end, we picked the offer that best suited my situation. My house sold for $70,000 over asking!! The documents were so easy to go through, also electronic due to COVID. Listing your home is a stressful and overwhelming experience, or at least it was for me! But Goran alleviated some of that stress with his honesty, professionalism and years of experience. Being a real estate agent is not just paperwork and putting up a sign, you need someone with enough experience to alter strategies as the market changes.
