Matt Bechard was the first person to answer my inquiry on a property I was looking at in Chatham and to follow through. I was originally looking at small houses and believe me we saw a lot! and as not from here he made a Hugh effort to compliment my time. He never gave up we spent over 3 months looking and eventually I landed a 2 bedroom condo.
