After 5 years of looking with other real estates agents (Remax, Century21, Royal Lepage) we were left disappointed by the lack of professionalism and services provided. We ventured on our own until Groupe Mackay appeared in my Facebook ads, and I thought, why not...let's try these guys out. We were introduced to Mona Sobeh, a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind realtor. She walked us through the whole process properly, and was very proactive. We corresponded multiple times a week, and she was always 1 step ahead as she knew our needs. We visited a maybe 5 homes, and made 2 offers, one of which we won thanks to her great negotiation skills! The sellers were more interested in the social/personal aspect of us buyers, than the sales price. The process took us less than 1 month (due to our schedule), and within 1 week I had already referred her to my sister who was looking at the time for a Condo. She had 2 visits, 2 offers, and won the second offer, again thanks to Mona. Mona is of great value to the Groupe Mackay, and I trust her. I don't say this lightly.
