No direct number to the listed agent, no help desk clerk and no call forwarding, messages only (not returned) ... It's a bit insulting. I'm not necessarily 100% satisfied due to the slight lack of responsibility that the Sutton Group takes in this story versus the specific broker, but at least the comments are noted, some action will be taken, and someone has taken the trouble to call me personally. I will give a second chance if the opportunity arises. My experience remains quite negative for the moment, however. Aucun numéro direct vers l'agent listé, une réceptionniste d'aucune aide et aucun transfert d'appel, messages seulement (qui ne sont pas retournés)... C'est un peu insultant. Update 25 mars: la direction m'a contactée suite à mon commentaire négatif. Je ne suis pas nécessairement 100% satisfaite en raison du léger manque de responsabilité que le Groupe Sutton prend dans cette histoire versus le courtier spécifique, mais au moins les commentaires sont notés, certaines actions seront prises, et quelqu'un a pris la peine de m'appeler personnellement. Je donnerai une 2e chance si l'opportunité se présente. Mon expérience demeure pour l'instant cependant assez négative.
