Entrent par effraction juste pour changer ampoules ou autre tâches inutile, laissent tout débarré, proprio est de connivence avec concierge et ne veut rien écouter. Locataires doivent souvent envoyer des mises en demeure. Concierge engueule souvent locaitaires dans les corridors et chicane pogne. Beaucoup de contrôle et d'hypocrisie, compagnie à proscrire absolument. j'y ai vécu beaucoup de chantage et de contrôle, c'était l'enfer, pas de vie privée.
