We met Patty well over a year before eventually being in a position to list our house for sale. Renovations, medical issues, military posting, then Covid, kept delaying the listing. During this period, we stayed in touch. Patty was never too busy to talk or email, answer our questions or share her knowledge, but at the same time, she listened and we never felt pressured. When finally ready to sell in December 2020, we hired her with confidence . From our prior conversations and participation in her webinars, we knew she understood the high demand present in the PEI market. With her certification as a Trained Negotiator and hopeful for multiple offers, we followed her advice in setting the price. The photographer and videographer she hired were talented, professional and enhanced the exposure of our home. Patty was there with us through the entire process. Inside of 5 days, the house was listed and sold -- at over ask. Crucial to this sale was simultaneously purchasing a property in Victoria, B.C.'s insane market and due to Covid, avoid travelling there.
