IF YOU WANT YOUR HOME SOLD - CALL ANTHONY FIRST! We had initially listed our home with a different real estate company - that company is very well-known, and they had the listing for over 5 months. During that time we only had 6 showings of our home - and no interest shown form the prospective buyers. We were getting very discouraged (to say the least) and finally decided to change companies. A co-worker recommended Anthony Delodder to us and we called him to set up an appointment. Anthony came into our home, looked it over thoroughly, and proceeded to advise us on how best to sell it and also what to price it at. He was (and is) very professional, very knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. We signed up with Anthony right then and there. Within one week Anthony had our home listed on the MLS internet real estate listings, complete with a very well done pictorial portrayal that was simply amazing. The day after our listing hit the internet we had an appointment for a showing - the day after! That's how good Anthony is. The prospective buyers were from the SAME OFFICE of our previous real estate agent, although a different agent's clients. The buyer's agent had previously seen the photos of our home in the original listing and was not interested in bringing her clients out for a showing. As soon as Anthony's pictures hit the MLS that agent immediately phoned her clients and suggested making an appointment to see our home - that's how good Anthony's pictorial representations are! The very first showing that we had, the prospective buyers submitted an offer - the very first showing! That offer was eventually accepted and things progressed rapidly and efficiently form that point onward. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony Delodder. His slogan should be "CALL ME FIRST!" I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that is serious about selling their home or property - ANYONE. Thank You Anthony.
