I am an investor and i got her number ( Fran McLean) from my agent. Hired her as my property manager and it has turned out to be a hassle so far. She has always reasons for not doing her responsibility, from being too busy, kid gets sick and so on. As per Nov.16 2020. She has received a deposit and rental fee from my tenant but i have not received any money from her yet even though the rental agreement has been signed and stated on Oct.15 2020. She also promises to deliver some furniture to my house and cut the dead tree for $250 in lieu of having some antique stereo set, beds, and other furniture from the rental home for her antique shop almost 2 months ago. The furniture has been delivered but the tree still hasn't been cut yet. Tenants have already moved their furniture since Nov.1 and already moved permanently since Nov.15. She told me that the tenants would pay half of rent since they could move the furniture on Nov.1 and the full rent would commence on Nov.15 as per contract. The tenants were not aware of that, they told me she never told that to them and thought they already gave all the money required to her. I also asked her numerous times to send me the spare keys of the house and even though she promised to do so. I never received the spare key of the house from her till now. On Nov.16 I contacted the tenants directly as well as asking her to transfer all the money received from the tenants to my account. Our lease agreement between me, the owner and her as my property manager terminated on the same day. I have decided to handle it by myself. Too much hassle, excuses and empty promises. Definitely not recommended.
