Pour les futurs locataires étudiants (ou pas), dans la mesure où vous êtes du monde bien correct et ordonné, vous pouvez être sûr à 100% d'être entre de bonnes mains. C'est pas toutes les compagnies de gestion de Trois-Rivières qui sont autant idéales.

I was disturbed by the company 4 times in 5 months but the worst was a loud fan motor noise in the wall which made the apartment completely unliveable. cause of the enormous noise which it makes every time one of the neighbors turns on his kitchen fan cover. I advise everyone to avoid if you are looking for the respect and peace of a home. From a very insatiable client who would like us to be honest with him ... D'un bain presque trouer non reparer a une porte d'effoncee non repare alors qu'on mavais dit que sa serait fait avant mon entre... un balcon qui coule dans l'appartment d'en-bas quand il neige. 50 bouteilles d'alcools non nettoyer qui restais dans l'appartement... Me faire deranger par l'entreprise 4 fois en 5 mois mais le pire etait un grand bruit de moteur de fan dans le mur qui rend l'appartement completment invivable a cause du bruit enorme quelle fait chaque fois qu'un des voisin allume sa housse de fan de cuisine. Je conseille a tout le monde d'eviter si vous chercher le respect et la paix d'un logement. D'un client et tres insatifait qui aurait aimer qu'on soit honnete avec lui...
