Neil Cameron was our families realtor for the purchase of two homes. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated, professional and caring realtor. He went above and beyond helping us to find our home. It's very difficult to buy a home when you don't live in the area, Neil was so flexible and always ensured he or one of his team was there to show a house, answer any questions and do so much of the leg work for us. He helped in so many ways it would be difficult to list them. Everything from going quite a distance to show us a home well outside the region he normally works within; If anything was just coming on the market he thought "ticked" some of the boxes for us, he got in touch right away; ensuring all our questions were found out as soon as possible. He even went so far, as to check in on us, in vancouver, to see how the move was going and to ask if there was anything he could do on this end. Our realtor in the lower mainland sold our house and basically we never heard from him again. Neil took the time to make sure all was going smoothly and help however he could. Seeing all of the positive reviews here makes me think our experience was out of character for this team. I know that Deanna was holding down the fort for everyone else while she was working on our sale, so maybe that accounts for it, but we got very little feedback on our viewings, we got some bad news on a deal falling through via text, we felt a little on our own in terms of working out a sale price, and we had very little contact after the sale was done. I've sold several homes before and usually the realtor comes by on closing day, maybe with a thank you, a parting gift, pick up the keys, something, but all we got was a text a few days before. Our realtor on the other end was so attentive that it was a very clear contrast.
