Kelsey White went ABOVE and beyond for me in the search of my perfect home. About 2 years ago I started seriously looking into real estate. I had so many indecisive moments during my search, and Kelsey was so helpful and amazing through all of it. One moment I wanted to buy in Sayward, the next I spotted a place in Errington I liked, the next Courtenay, than Campbell River. Kelsey came with me to look at so many different places! I looked at townhouses, duplexes, modular homes, apartments, older homes that needed updates, the list goes on!! She was so patient and understanding and was there through every part of my journey! I don't know how I managed to stumble across Kelsey who is so passionate at her job! But I feel very fortunate as it made my house buying experience so much less stressful. I never felt rushed or pushed into something, I felt like she tried to advise me of pros and cons of every household that I myself might not have thought of. She really is a gem. I ended up having to put an offer in on my current house sight unseen. (Pictures online only) I was away working in camp when It became available. I messaged Kelsey right away online and she responded very quickly offering to do a video tour for me since I couldn't be there in person. She acts fast, she understands the market and time is of the essence on the island of course! Nothing seems to last long in the current market. I was sooo excited when I had an accepted offer and she shared the same excitement that I did when I finally found the right place for me. I definitely hold her in high regards and would recommend her to anyone in thier real estate search or sale.

I have met with other realtors before, but, Kelsey has wowed me in all aspects of this whole buying process! We started casually looking about 9 months ago and actively looking since January. She has been nothing but supportive and kind and extremely vigilant in what my husband and I were looking for in our first home. She has gone above and beyond in helping us find our first home, not pushy by any means which was so refreshing because this was new territory for us.
