They sold the home in less than a week which was perfect timing for us. We ended up hiring them to purchase our first home since they did such a good job selling our landlord’s. They helped us close on our dream home which was no easy feat as there were some last minute issues with the seller. They took care of that for us and made sure we moved into a perfect home. We bought our home 6+ months ago and Michele still helps me with any new home questions I have. Even when I text her at 9pm on a weekend... Talk about service! This review is a bit overdue as we've been busy moving into our first home! Enormous thanks to the fantastic team at Courtney and Anglin for making it happen for us. They were able to help us find a beautiful home that suited us, and helped negotiate the price to keep it within our budget - we didn't think it was possible with prices skyrocketing and competition for every house. Coming from the lower mainland to Vancouver Island during a pandemic made things additionally challenging, but Michele and Bill worked with us to make it as easy as possible. We dealt mostly with Michele, but Bill was always there to help us as well. They are both incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable and friendly. They guided us through every step of this complex process, answering all of our innumerable questions and educating us about things we hadn't even thought of - it is obvious that they love what they do and we could not have done it without them. For first time buyers in this challenging market we could not have asked for a better team to be on our side.
