Great starting point but they don't value their employees and it shows with excessive turnover and lack of coaching. Once the previous Operations Manager left, everything went down hill. It is one big popularity contest. You are either loved or hated for no good reason. It does not have to do with your job performance or capabilities. Upper Management is full of drama. You can be fired at anytime without cause. There is absolutely no work/home life balance. Head office in Campbell River is a joke. They do not care about the morale of their employees but only that end dollar. Hence the heavy turnover.

Air conditioner went out. I informed Broadstreet. on Wednesday. On Friday Broadstreet sent a tech and the team leader. It was fixed in about an hour. Nice workers at Broadstreet. Thanks Broadstreet.

RENTER BEWARE Try to charge extra fees! The building manager drives with invalid insurance and runs red light at out corner and almost hit another car in parking lot. They are also promoting and soliciting in doorways of my apartment.
