I would highly recommend Graham, Allisa and the rest of the Van Leeuwen team. Graham gave us some savvy suggestions on how to update our home prior to listing. We followed many of his ideas and our home looked amazing. Graham is very professional and did a very in depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price - he was very transparent during this process. Graham and his team marketed our house well and showed it often - we had an incredible amount of offers in just 4 days and we were able to sell our home in just 6 days. Graham and Allisa were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had and were always wonderful to deal with. Allisa was the most responsive, efficient, (and a million more adjectives) administrator you will ever meet. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house, Graham with Van Leeuwen should be your first choice!!!
