Like seriously, when we say perfect, it really felt like all the stars were aligned! I am an investor with vast knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. I can truthfully say Leanne Giles is not only knowledgeable in the industry , her pricing strategy, experience and negotiating skills but she also has an eye for interior design. Leanne got me $100,000 more than I expected based on her attention to detail and meticulous staging from her recommendations on adding shutters, painting the front door, keeping up with the most up to date colours and flooring all the way to picking each and every leaf off the front porch for the professional photo package she includes in her services . I bought a home that was a complete gut job and she was the most hands-on agent I have ever dealt with. The level of staging that she insisted was needed for a vacant home, I know resulted in my selling price. She did not just throw in a few pillows and pictures, she went above and beyond as if it was her own home. To top it off the staging was also included in her fee. I am a numbers guy, and all her services she includes resulted in a selling price I was not expecting which in the end, well covered the commission and a profit I did not think I would have achieved if I sold the home vacant.
