You do need a knowledgeable expert in maneuvering through the myriad of situations that present themselves on this nail-biting white-knuckle roller-coaster of a journey. This is a long overdue thank you Leanne You went over and above what I was expecting and made this deal happen. LEANNE was introduced to me after a friend met her at an open house, and for that introduction I am so grateful. I don’t know what would have happened without Leanne’s guidance, experience and support to navigate the process of buying and selling my home. As a single separated woman and nervous about doing such large investment on my own, I found working with her a joy and felt like she was there to help me during every step of the processes. She emanates a sense of trustworthiness that makes you feel very secure. Somehow Leanne managed to maintain the perfect balance of professionalism, good humor, patience and understanding. She works tirelessly. Leanne has an uncanny ability to read her clients. She knew before I did which house would meet my needs. She never pushed, only when we asked did, she would respond with her opinion, which I greatly valued. I first was looking in Cambridge – then Guelph – then Burlington. First thinking a town house – then maybe a semi or condo. Her market knowledge is invaluable. Each home I viewed; I was so incredibly impressed by her ability to identify where shortcuts had been taken, issues that I would not have known to look for. I knew I was in good hands while at a viewing– I turned to look for her, to find her in the downward dog position against the baseboard looking for signs of moisture or mildew. One home – not only did she go to check out for me – she sent pictures of the problem area AND investigated with the city officials to find out what would be involved in correcting the issue. Who does this kind of service these days? I don’t know what I would have done without her. As busy as she is – she always made time and made me feel like I was her most important priority. Calls, text and questions answered immediately. In attempting to close on the house I was purchasing, we ran into a major snag, which nearly killed the deal. She put in time, effort, or imagination to keep the deal alive. This deal wouldn’t have happened had it not been for Leanne’s commitment and tenacity to make it happen. Once the offer was accepted, she was able to make sure we were able to get the house inspected quickly. I appreciated how I felt protected from those who did not have my best interest at heart. Selling started with professional photography in the virtual tour and brochures were beautiful. I especially appreciate the dedication and hard work; marketing, open houses, showings and negotiating the contract. A delight to work with on a personal level as well, reassuring and comforting through the stressful task of closing. A top producer for a reason- she has an impressive energy and perseverance. She is very positive, a very reassuring quality in this unusual market. Friendly, shockingly genuine and she is a miracle worker. When it came to crunch time, when it is stressful to the point you can't think- she was there - with helpful suggestions and calmness. She was never pushy or impatient.
