We listed our home just prior to the COVID outbreak. The market was very hot, things were happening and we were confident our house was going to sell quickly. It was staged beautifully by Lilly and the photos and videos Cliff's team created to showcase our house were fantastic (despite the fact that they were photographed in the midst of our crazy blizzard filled February!). There was a lot of interest and the team had buyers to bring through our house who seemed very promising. Then COVID-19 hit. Almost full stop of the world. But not for Zofia (our direct agent from Cliff's team) She worked tirelessly and her efforts paid off, we sold our house for close to our asking price at a time when sales of homes in our price range was almost completely non existent. Now, Zofia is again working tirelessly to help us purchase our next home. We have dealt with Cliff and Zofia for over 10 years and I would recommend them to anyone!!

We did not have a good experience with this real estate brokerage. We purchased our home during the bidding war period, and on one occasion we had to bid on a house listed through their brokerage. Long story short, their agent was sleezy and gave off a bad vibe. You can smell the greed. Silver lining, as we lost that house but found another much better one a few months later when the market suddenly cooled.

I'll start this by saying in terms of Real estate agents, Rego realty was fantastic and I wrote a separate very positive review for our realtor because I felt she shouldn't even be mentioned here. This review is for their "Exclusive home stager" Lilly Cordeiro who was by far without a doubt the worst employee in a business I have ever seen. Our minimal interaction with her started with her showing up so early to a consult (that SHE scheduled) that my Fiancee missed it completely. She proceeded through the house extremely cold and hurried, (obviously she had better places to be) picking and choosing what to remove (which is no problem, I assumed she knew best and if it meant the home would show better, I'm all for it). Fast forward to having all the items she requested removed, I assumed a "home stager" would being doing just that, staging the home. Lilly brought a single table, a pillow and a lamp. I could have closed my eyes and picked items at random in an IKEA and done a better job. Our realtor ended up having to decorate the house herself for the photos (which she did an excellent job at) and everything turned out fine. I feel absolutely terrible that a realtor who has so much on their plate would have to do someone else's job. If you are in the market for a home/sale purchase and the extra services is something that is swaying you from one brokerage to another; I can tell you the home staging isn't going to impress you.

She told that this was an expensive are and I should look elsewhere all when I told I was approved $9000 less than the asking price. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Rego realty. They were not our listing agents, they were on the sellers end. On 3 separate occasions we were assured by the Rego agent that there were no deaths in the home we were looking at purchasing and even put it in the stigma clause on the agreement of purchase and sale. Just days before the home closing, after already selling our perfectly good home, we find out that there was in fact a death in the home by noticing the paperwork at our lawyers office with different names than the person we were supposed to have been negotiating with. The person who we were supposed to have been negotiating with on the agreement of purchase and sale had passed away in the home months prior. We feel cheated, and lied to (having found out the agent knew the person who passed personally) and the Rego agent would have to have known that having someone sign someone else's name is negligent. We spoke to Cliff as well who we felt was very condescending, to no resolve and we are just disgusted that a business is operated this way. Shameful, and we are still dealing with this. Beware of Rego Realty!
