My wife and I used Dyer Realty (Jack ) for our first home purchase. Jack was recommended to us by my parents who sold the home with Jack 10 years prior. It was my childhood home and now that I was ready to buy I really wanted it back when I seen it come on the market. We had to act very fast to get it. Jack made time for us so that we could go view it that day for the showing. He helped us make key decisions as to what a good offer would be if it truly was the house we wanted. We ended up getting the house and couldn’t be happier with our decision to bring our old home back into our family, as well as using Jack for our agent. We feel he really went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We had lots of questions and Jack always made time to answer them for us. I’m sure there are some good agents out there but I cannot imagine having a better agent than Jack. Jack also took some time to swing by for a visit after we had settled in with some very thoughtful gifts for us and our two girls. That was very generous. I was introduced to Kristen by a friend when I had to sell my elderly parent's home of 20+ years. Kristen took pretty much the whole load off my shoulders at a difficult time. She coordinated the clean out of everything in the house they couldn't take to their new home, making sure things that could be reused got to the re-store or charities. She then coordinated cleanup, repairs and painting. All of this was done at very reasonable rates. And of course she sold the house. Years later, when my parents had passed and I had to clean out their final residence, I called Kristen, and even though I didn't have a house to sell, she arranged for her crew to clean out my parent's home again, taking things to charities. Kristen goes way above and beyond, even when she doesn't have to. If you're looking for a compassionate agent that will make a stressful time much less stressful, work with Kristen, and relax.
