My fiancé and I were on the hunt for our first house back at the end of February. We successfully purchased one with a rich history, sentimental value, and located in the most ideallic neighbourhood. Lisa saw us through a couple of hard losses, but we wouldn't have ended up where we are without those losses and without her, to say the least. We happened to meet Lisa through an expired posting we were interested online when we started toying with the idea of purchasing a house. Other Realtors who responded to our requests on other postings made us feel a little pressured and quite overwhelmed with the process. Lisa was the opposite: she was easy going, willing to match our pace in the search, and ensured we knew everything about every house we looked at and walked into. Essentially, it was like she approached a deer caught in the headlights, and didn't make us dart into the bushes upon meeting. Having just come off the high of a lifetime, with Lisa selling our house (FOR WAY OVER ASKING I MIGHT ADD), I wanted to wait a few days to do a review to make sure I could capture all the reasons why we chose to work with Lisa. This is a platform that I am not sure all agents have mastered in the way Lisa has.
