Sure enough, I had initially met Sasha in 2018 through a friend's referral when I was looking for my very first home and rental income investment property. Sasha's knowledge of the industry and lengthily experience working across Ontario is invaluable. In 2018, he immediately began recommending options for investment. I settled on booking a pre-construction detached house in Havelock Corners after exploring several locations including Toronto. I chose to write my review 6-months after closing the property and here are the highlights after Closing May 2020 during a global pandemic: 1. Property value has increased by a minimum of 50K and equity continues to move in an upwards trajectory 2. Sasha assisted with finding a long-term renter whom despite the covid-19 environment has been satisfied and paying 3. I closed the property without the side-walks, sod/grass and driveway paved, but the builder managed to do it all in under 6months now almost completing the subdivision 4. Deficiencies in the home were minimal upon closing in May 2020 and there were a few minor issues reported by the tenants, but were all fixed in under one week each time by the builder In sum, Sasha has a well-deserved reputation for excellence in an industry where real talent is often hard to find. I am very happy, grateful and excited to continue investing in real estate thanks to Sasha's guidance and leadership.
