If you are a first time home buyer I 100% recommend Greg for you. He educated me about the market and cons o. I was honest with him and said I was not planning to actually buy something because I didn't have money for the 20% down payment... He respected my plan and worked with me. Well.. after 3 months of looking I bought my first house. My mortgage is only $950 per month... I was renting a place for $1200 a month prior... I'm actually saving $250 a month all thanks to Greg! When we reached out to Greg to inquire about some potential properties we had no idea who he was, and in the middle of the first wave of Covid. With everything scaled back to adjust to the unknown of this pandemic we weren’t sure if or how we could get this done. He met us and after the Covid instructions required to keep us and the owners of the properties safe were completed he proceeded to show us the properties as if it was a regular day. When we decided we were ready Greg stepped in. We have since purchased a home we absolutely LOVE and for this we give Greg ALL the credit for finding it for us! Absolutely horrible real estate company I have ever had to deal with. Last night my husband and I were supposed to view a rental property that Greg from Dewar had posted on Facebook market place, I had gotten a confirmation call a few hours before our scheduled time so everything seemed ok. We set up a babysitter for my son and drove from Mississauga to Cambridge to view the house. Greg ended up not showing up and when I called the number that had called me earlier to confirm, a lady answered the phone, I told her what was going on a she said she had no record of it, I told her I had messaged back and from Greg and that I had gotten a confirmation call from this number, she said she would put me through to Greg and tell him it was urgent and then proceeded to hang up on me. I ended up in tears, as they waisted our time and money. I assume they did this because we were just looking to rent at this time and not buy, and they clearly don’t care about rental clients and think they can just treat them like dirt. Horrible people and business!!
