Cindy was empathetic, understanding and was our 'angel on earth' at that trying time. The most questionable realtor in the City of Cambridge. The owners had shut off the water??? The owners were asked to turn on the water, and that is when all the leaks happened, the realtor nor the owner felt ownership of the problem was theirs. No communication with Da Costa when asked for assistance with this. Will never use this company again, THE RESPONSE IS TYPICAL FROM THIS COMPANY, I USED THEM, WENT TO THE OFFICE AND NEVER EVER GOT A RESPONSE.

Well we are very happy to let you know that our answer is a definite YES!
