Used Re/Max iRealty innovations to purchase my first house and had excellent service throughout the whole process! They were focused on my needs and finding me the perfect house. There were limited neighborhoods in inner city that I was interested in but finally did find a great bungalow that I still love today. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this office!

I recently worked with Meredith Miller from RE/MAX iRealty Innovations to close on my first property in Calgary. Meredith is the epitome of a great real estate agent. She is extremely personable and kind, but an equally diligent and tough negotiator. Great location, (lots of parking so easy to visit or to come and work), modern surroundings and facilities, absolutely terrific support staff, modern and efficient support systems but most of all, superb support from the broker, Jimmy Diep and the co-owner, Farhan Gilani. If you are an agent or a potential buyer or seller, you will want to know that this is a multi award winning office and one of the fastest growing RE/MAX offices. My realtor was inexperienced and left me hanging with costs i needed to cover with 3 hours left before closing. Tried to incourage me to take a lower offer, suggested lower listing prices than we sold at, missed details or errors on listing. For the cost I can't say I'm happy. Would never use ireality again and would certainly not recommend them.

BEWARE* John Willams Wade at this remax is dishonest, has a self serving interest. He sells homes with big problems, hides them and tells you every thing is perfect! Go talk to him and tell me you don't get a bad feeling.. didn't trust my instincts, ah well live and learn. I had a bad experience, take time and read the fine print, he is creative at closing the deal, tell you what you want to hear and deliver the opposite. Good luck on finding a good relator I'm sure there is lots of honest ones out there.

Remax iRealty Innovations is a gorgeous office with friendly staff and agents. When entering there are two beautiful board rooms and a friendly receptionist. As you walk through the building you will meet several helpful agents and have the opportunity to meet related businesses such as Scotiabank and Lawyers on site. The cappuccino is simply delightful here and with up to 50 FREE PARKING SPOTS DOWNTOWN that is simply unheard of.

I been with Rmax Irealty Innovations since 2013 and its been the best experience of my whole real estate career of over 12 years now. Brokers are very cooperative and well informed and available all the time when you need them. Staff is very cooperative and friendly and professional . As i been in few brokerages in my 12 years of real estate career but the office , location , availability , parking , staff and most important the brokers i never had that great experience in any other brokerage. Best Remax office to work with. Awesome agents and awesome office. If you are planning to switch the office there is no other best option than Remax Irealty Innovations. Keep up the Good work. One of the agents that work for re/max whos name is Annie Thai believes she is above the law and can do as she pleases with the properties she owns. Slum landlord and operates at a poor level informing me of taking insurance money for property damages and not using it for that purpose. Getting people to do her dirty work and not paying a terrible human being.

Calling this office on a business day 430pm Oct 16 (they close at 5pm) . No answer, just keeps ringing with no answering service. Poor service. Not what you'd expect from a Remax office.
