Plintz was fantastic in providing solid advice on this bidding situation and working with me to feel comfortable in making the right offer(s) based on my interests to buy this house and get into this area. Luke was extremely attentive to my needs. He made himself available around my schedule. He referred me to an excellent home inspector. He worked hard to personally ensure the conditions of sale were all delivered on - he even personally delivered on some of the conditions on the seller's behalf. He even helped to secure a garage use agreement with the seller for moving some of my stuff before the quick possession. I also really appreciated Plintz' focus on getting me the keys on possession day early enough to get going on renovations as Christmas was just around the corner. The cherry on top was receiving a Dyson cordless vacuum as a thank-you from this firm. I will continue to work with Plintz on future purchases and would highly recommend working with them. Their entire team was excellent to work with. This is a firm that is very personable and focused on the customer experience. Highly recommend Luke and Dennis! My husband and I presented a rather complicated/unusual case - we wanted to buy a house in Calgary, but during the pandemic and as UK citizens residing in the USA. There were a lot of moving pieces, including tight time constraints, quarantine requirements for arrival (straight to the house), and complications from our citizenship etc, but Luke and Dennis somehow made everything feel calm and normal. Luke took us to lots of house viewings on facetime and did a great job giving us a sense of the houses. They got us an outstanding deal when negotiating price, and we really couldn't be happier. They have great connections with local lawyers, home inspectors etc and swiftly set everything up for us. When we arrived it was exactly as we thought it would be from the remote viewings, and Luke so kindly ferried a few essentials from a colleague to us - seeing as we had to quarantine immediately as international travellers and had our three cats with us. He also left a thoughtful gift bag of goodies from the British Pantry to welcome us in which was such a nice surprise. We love our new home so much, and are delighted with the amazing deal Luke and Dennis secured us. They really went above and beyond for us, thank you!!
