We interviewed 3 separate agencies to sell our home quickly in a challenging real estate market. Things that were important to us was someone who had an aggressive plan of attack to market and "own" this listing, someone who knew what the market but also backing what they said by true sales statistics. Mike did all 3, I was extremely impressed with his forward thinking and investment in selling our home. During a very stressful relocation, we always felt Mike was doing everything he could to bring exposure to our home to help find us a buyer. This is an extremely difficult time in Calgary real estate with an abundance of properties on the market. I feel Mike went above and beyond to highlight our home and find us a sale. His expertise with online marketing platforms was truly above and beyond a typical home sale. Mike would deliver an activity report every Monday sharing local sales stats, prices, etc. He responded to emails/texts/calls instantly. I always felt if I needed him he was available and attentive to our questions. Beautiful interior signage with hand outs, great yard signs, also most impressive was the on line marketing campaigns and fact finding to bring in clients to the house.
