My partner and I asked for a house showing from this realtor company. We had a misunderstanding (being involuntarily assigned a buyer realtor for the showing) with the showing realtor and asked to speak to the listed agent, which is Len T. Wong, the broker. He called us from a hidden number and immediately berated us for being "evasive" and "rude" to his agent. He accused us of avoiding answering questions from the agent which had in fact not even been asked. We provided feedback that we found this to be a bizarrely unprofessional interaction, and was actively deterring us from pursuing this purchase. Len excused his behaviour by saying he was "being defensive for his partner". We were shocked by the unprofessionalism and disrespect that Len displayed during this phone call. He placed his emotions above his position as an agent and broker and didn't even make an attempt to understand both sides of the interaction with the other agent. My partner and I were quite interested in the property, but we had no interest supporting this company's business after interacting with him.

This guy is just absolutely out to make money at the expense of his client (the seller). He aggressively pressures his client to lower their price until it sells. He is very extremely difficult to work with! Make sure to read the fine print in his contract because if the sale falls through he takes half of the deposit but 100% of that should go to the seller who lost the sale.

Our experience with LenT Wong has been very rewarding and successful. After contacting the agency, we were taken on an informational tour of what they would do for us. With their view of our situation, and , after a few days of them making a plan, we liked their plan and within 1 week from listing our property, it had an offer. Len was hired to sell me home. He is extremely unprofessional and kept pressuring me to lower my price to make a quick sale. He only communicated by text vs making a call when an offer or counters came in. He did not negotiate as requested and shared information with the buyer that basically affected the negations to meet their needs vs mine. Len was argumentative, rude and condescending. I lost a massive amount of money on my home and he didn’t care abs said everyone is in the same boat. Well, not everyone is a millionaire and can take the loss. He just only cares about making the sale for his own benefit. I recommend using a reputable company that won’t keep your deposit should the sale fall through. He didn’t mention that part of the contract. It’s my own fault for not reading the fine print. So beware!!! Len is a big talker at first but once he gets your business he doesn’t show respect after that! I’ve used many realtors over the years and never again will I make the mistake of using his company. Go with Remax or a bigger company that is trustworthy NOT GPG!
