I found Joe after browsing the local real estate website. He was the listing realtor for a property that I was interested in purchasing. I had never used a realtor before so I didn't really know how it all works. After reviewing Joe's website, reading some testimonials, and having some preliminary conversation with him, I was confident that I could trust him to get me through the process. I first hired Joe to sell my existing house before I'd be in a position to make an offer on his listed property. He helped me navigate through many quick showings and a few low-ball offers, and ultimately ended up selling in a bidding war within the first weekend. We only worked with Joe for a few months as we ended up keeping our home, but during that time, we found Joe to be very professional, courteous and calm, which really helps when you are stressing out over the selling of your house.
