He read the condo documents, and he arranged for the professionals to ensure the inspection and sale went smoothly. I loved the home and the neighbourhood. Three years later, I sold my townhouse and relocated. He and his team did a beautiful job with the pictures, video, and text, ensuring lots of interest in the property. When I had to delay the sale, Kevin was patient and reassuring that all would work out in the long run. He was right. Documents and keys were delivered on time. During my 3 years in Maple Ridge, Kevin always kept in touch. He is a very kind, considerate, family man. It was a pleasure getting to know him.
