Cant say enough good things about Tony Zhang as my realtor! I've had such terrible experiences with agents in the past, who did not pick up my phone in a timely manner or simply made me feel like they just didn't care. I was really hesitant to trust another agent but after chatting with Tony, I felt very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Buying into Vancouver's real estate can be confusing because there are so many "experts" out there. As a skeptic, I tend to be overly cautious. As a first-time home buyer and forever skeptic, working with Tony was efficient, effortless and no stress inducing. We must have gone through 100s of listings, showed preference for dozens of properties and viewed multiple potential home before selecting the one that was perfect for us. Tony was on top of it all which gave me confidence in my purchase majorly because he was ultra professional and kept asking me the tough questions (e.g. what's the most important feature in a home for me etc.) Viewing multiple homes can also cause emotional and physical fatigue - what i most appreciated about Tony is that his cheerful attitude and positive outlook helped me in staying excited in a competitive market and eventually making the right home purchase

Tony is an incredibly detailed and diligent realtor. I worked with two realtors prior to him and his professionalism was miles above their’s - by far. He is punctual, patient, and took steps to not only guide me, but educate me on exactly why something was happening at any given moment. Tony has helped us to find and buy our townhome recently in Coquitlam and we're really glad that we had the luck of having him as our realtor.
