We owned a home in S. Burnaby and needed a bigger one. First we tried to renovate, but later decided that it was not worth the effort as our house was an old-timer with difficult access for construction. So in late 2019 we started looking for bigger homes in the area, and we met Steven at one of his open house events. We started to chat, and hearing our situation, he offered to help us sell our home and look for a new one that better suited our needs. We decided to give him a chance, and we are so glad we did. We had a lot of concerns regarding our old home, let's just say it needs the right buyer for us to sell it at the right price, and that's why we've struggled with the decision to put it on the market without first spending a lot of money and effort for additional improvements. However, Steven was very good at focusing on the good and sellable features of the home instead of worrying about the negatives. Steven confidently and politely guided us through the steps to get our house listed and readied for an open house, which we did a few weeks after it was listed. Steven took his own photos of our home for the listing, and the result was very professional and indeed highlighted the unique and special features of the home to make it look more appealing than we thought it could be. To our pleasant surprise, we received an offer the next day after the first and only open house, at a price that we were comfortable to accept. We didn't have the experience to sell and buy a primary home before (the Burnaby home was our first), and Steven also helped us properly through the process to make it as stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend Steven and his team for anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a property. We were beyond happy that we met him and for the services he provided.
