I'm sure we annoyed him with all of our questions and calls throughout the entire process, but he always had a smile on his face and was a reassuring voice on the phone. Even though she suggested we focus on selling our condo before upsizing/buying a new place, she was prompt to set up a digital file where we can view listings based on our preference and continuously updated the file. Easy to contact via text and email and always prompt to respond. Icing on the cake was when she still helped us with paperwork to make offers while on vacation so that we wouldn't miss out on a place we liked. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor.

My wife and I were looking for a place to accommodate our growing family but a realtor bailed out on us because we had too many constraints and our budget was low (according to him). Some few days later, our mortgage broker recommended Marion Sanchez to us and right from her first email, we knew she was the right person for us. She was very professional throughout the whole process and advised us on what to expect at each stage. After finding a place we love she helped us analyze things to come up with a reasonable offer within our budget that the seller couldn't refuse. So after just about 2 weeks we have our first property satisfying all our constraints and several thousand dollars less than what we budgeted for (contrary to what the first realtor told us). We will recommend Marion to anyone we know and we look forward to working with her again in a few years when we decide to upgrade.
