Do not pick Danette ball as your realtor. I was her tenant for three and a half years and she stole all of my deposits and she also committed welfare and disability fraud by signing fake rental agreements for my girlfriend and the girl downstairs so they didn't have to declare they were living with their boyfriends. She also makes all of us pay in cash so no doubt she is not declaring all of this income to the government. She is a thief and a liar and acts unethically.
